Hi Manager, since you'are also a manager of yourself, I write this article for you. Every man must die, and leave the life. Humans, not eternal, would face death. Be thankful if we live surrounded by people who love and care for us. If we feel do not have people who love and care, then we must start from ourselves to be more loving and caring to those around us. That is where one of the traces we leave behind a life later.

Traces the life that's not enough just achievement of material, but also how much love we share. Many world leaders are actually blasphemed when he had no power, not a few rich people died but the grieving is ceremonially without feeling lost.

Worship is not only upward, but also laterally, will be less meaningful if we fervently worship at home but we do not care about the lives around us, too busy with the accomplishments of our desires are endless, and forget to share love with others.

The best man is he who can provide positive benefits to life. So that when we die someday, all the families, relatives, friends and relatives as witnesses 'traces the life of' us, and their accompanying 'departure' us with a sincere prayer to commemorate and continue the good things we've ever done in the world.

Never take revenge, retaliate all things with love, because it is one of the capital to 'trace lives of' our future. And recall the good things from people who have preceded us, that launched the way of life there. That's all about the way to be your self spritual manager :)

Self Management, Managing the Potential of Yourself
Hello Manager! This is my first article on Manager Matter :). Let's talk on an inner potential. Do you already know the potential you have and utilize the potential of yourself with the right? How can you develop your potential well to become powerful? A manager needs to know and Matter Manager will review it here. I did some research by studying the MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) and observe the behavior of people based on the type of man's most basic indicators, and produce four basic questions to find out the potential within us. Please answer the following question and try to review the answer.

  1. If you have a bowl aquarium, you prefer to be filled with one fish or many fish? 
  2. If you are meeting, you prefer to listen to and record the important things or just listen and remember it? 
  3. If you're traveling, you better believe the instructions on a map or guide the people you meet on the street? 
  4. If you read the book with the same topic, you prefer to read books that thin or thick? 

Choose one of the possible answers to every question that you think represents the dominant yourself. And know that you have the basic potential. Then you will know how to manage your personality and be a good manager for your self.

Integrity Management for A Manager

Hi Manager, a manager must understand about the integrity of the company. One was about the anti-bribery. Manager must ensure the company's attitude toward the practice of bribery. Manager Matter has an attention about this.

There are companies that require each employee for each year of reading material and pass the test and sign a statement relating to the anti-bribery. But there are also ignored. In the UK, USA and Indonesia, the company's employees can be prosecuted by the law of anti-corruption or anti-bribery.

Integrity, easy words spoken but not easy to implement. Any good company, would not allow employees to receive money or anything from anyone. Does your company have to manage on this principle and consistent in the implementation of this integrity? Sometimes we deliver service to clients or customers. We're doing the best job and as professional as possible. But in the field we have to provide something that should be for the company, including bribery. This is often called services. How do you respond to this if it is associated with integrity? Have your company's emphasis on integrity? If you are a manager, should have been a concern of management integrity you for company survival.

Planning and Decision Making for a Manager


Hi Manager, from the study of Strategic Management, or QMS, we are obliged to truly understand where and how being in a condition which our institutions. Before proceeding we shall mapping or capturing, to identify the real condition of our institutions. So that we can plan our steps toward the goal / objective that is expected. In other words, knowing we stand is important, because it is the initial step for step or policy that a manager will do.

Without knowing where we stand we can not perform managerial activities properly, both via the Input-Process-Output (IPO), POAC, PDCA, as well as a branded management system.

Rather it is the beginning of the process for Planning. For quantitative measurements by knowing where we stand (as the zero point), will easily find out the distance that we traveled, and travel time. If the zero point without knowing, what could be the basis for performance measurement, and it must be difficult for Evaluation (CHECK), especially for applications Continual Improvement.

In decision making, the decision was made up of 2 (two) polar, namely: analytical and intuitive. By knowing where a manager stand, it would be easier to make decisions, especially if we choose analytic decision-making.While the intuitive decision-making was usually done by those who have long experiences in decision-analytic. They actually make decisions analytically, but done very fast analysis.

Management Philosophy: Enjoying the Process


Hi Manager, every moment of our lives, including business management, is a period of time or who each have their respective meanings. Past and present is useful for analyzing trends. Also with the past and present existence, we can perform reflection and analysis of advantages and disadvantages of us so far. Moreover, if current conditions are being dropped. By knowing our past mistakes, then surely we'll always be avoided in the future. Moreover, rapid changes take place with very high turbulence. So that the necessary prudence of the prime.

Zero point requires clarification from the surrounding environment. Both physical and social environment. It required planning, and planning requires past and present to understand the trends, as well as self-evaluation. Rarely do business that does not consider the trend as a basis for planning. If we can not understand the trend of environmental or blind to the conditions past and present, we can not do the planning.

If risk-averse, please step without turning the zero point. Or supposing do go show. Take a trip especially in unusual conditions that can not be predicted, can not be calculated and hopelessness. Require a planning degree level higher early in the course or previous period.

Determining when to go, what mode of transport rise, and who brings what, how much stock to bring, through which, whatever its program while at the destination, and when to return (if you have to go back) no matter how small is often planned in advance. And it was done at the point of zero or even earlier.To be sure to take into account the zero point, we make it easier evaluation at a later date. Especially if you want to achieve a continual improvement. That's all a part of about Manager Matter :)
