Manager Basic Knowledge: Loyality to Company

loyal to company
Hello Manager, are you or your colleagues loyal to your company or organization where you work? If yes, what is the evidence that you have been loyal to the company where you work. In my opinion, still working at the company and not jump to another company backed by several possibilities:
1. You are loyal to the company.
2. There is no chance to jump to another company.
3. Do not want to lose comfort zone.

So, you may not jump to another ship because of the possibility of a second or third. It may be that we are loyal because of the current work feels comfortable. Why comfortable? Because salaries and welfare rises. Why rises? Due to our excellent performance. Why do good? Because we have the opportunity to work and grow. And so on.

Manager Matter comments are based on the fact that I experienced: 1. I have a staff of mechanical, he continued to work at my place not because of loyalty, but because he had no opportunity to work at another company. 2. I have a senior staff of mechanical, he still worked because his loyalty, he has a sense of comfort and a sense of belonging to the company so he devoted himself in the company despite the offer of higher salaries elsewhere.

A person can also be called loyal to the company where he worked for that reason there is no other option except to serve the place he works. Some of them claim to faithful because the place he works, careers can grow well and promising. Time for you all the managers to make things so that your subordinates to be loyal. Loyal has a firm understanding of love and work, execute and abide by the values, ethics, culture, systems and procedures.
