Hi Manager, a manager must understand about the integrity of the company. One was about the anti-bribery. Manager must ensure the company's attitude toward the practice of bribery. Manager Matter has an attention about this.
There are companies that require each employee for each year of reading material and pass the test and sign a statement relating to the anti-bribery. But there are also ignored. In the UK, USA and Indonesia, the company's employees can be prosecuted by the law of anti-corruption or anti-bribery.
Integrity, easy words spoken but not easy to implement. Any good company, would not allow employees to receive money or anything from anyone. Does your company have to manage on this principle and consistent in the implementation of this integrity? Sometimes we deliver service to clients or customers. We're doing the best job and as professional as possible. But in the field we have to provide something that should be for the company, including bribery. This is often called services. How do you respond to this if it is associated with integrity? Have your company's emphasis on integrity?
